J. team Return Policy
J. team accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for full refund within 60 days of purchase. Refunds need to be accompanied by the original receipt as well as will be made in the type of the original payment.
If the original receipt is unavailable, J.Crew will make an exchange or problem a merchandise credit score based on the present selling price. After 60 days of original purchase, J.Crew will make an exchange or problem a merchandise credit score for the cost at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the present selling cost (without original receipt). Please note that all monogrammed, personalized, vintage items as well as final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
