Winter Dress: Embryonic stage

I just got this liberty Lantana material for a winter dress:

Looking ahead to the long process of discovering just THE right color PIPING to utilize with this. (It’s most likely going to be one more gown such as this one; I’m a sucker for a fabrics with a dark ground as well as bright designs!)

Lantana is the liberty wool/cotton blend—I believe it’s 80% cotton, 20% wool. It’s a dream to sew with as well as it’s extremely warm. perfect winter fabric!

I requirement this for an event in February, so now this just has to show up at warp speed from the UK (and my stitching machine has to make a speedy return from the repair work shop)!

Do you have any type of winter gown plans?
